Radics Consulting was established in April 2020 by Beckie Joyce.

After 30 years of experience in land, property, economic development, regeneration and commercial roles I am even more driven by the satisfaction of finding and promoting the win-win scenario.

A degree in urban studies set me on my regeneration and development path and living in Naples – a truly complex city – deepened my interest, but it was working at Manchester City Council, watching and learning the art of the possible and realising the need for public and private partners to collaborate to make things happen that truly set the dye. My commitment to positive regeneration led to me and my husband building a city centre home and Manchester’s first licensed delicatessen and café.

After that adventure I continued working for local authorities in Greater Manchester and Lancashire and after spending enough time overseeing appointment of consultants and managing multi-disciplinary consultant teams I decided to view things from that side of the fence working in private practice.

In April 2020 I bit the bullet and set up Radics Consulting and am now working with clients, providing hands on strategy development, implementing development priorities, advising on town and city regeneration and development schemes, managing stakeholders, leading project teams, negotiating commercial terms with landowners and developers and leading and supporting on bidding for and implementing government funding initiatives.
